TED application

This is a meeting between Cheryl, a DHHS consultant working with the Telephone Equipment Distribution (TED) program and Fred Hanson, a man who is experiencing a progressive hearing loss and is now having trouble using the telephone. He is meeting to find out what assistance he can get in dealing with his hearing loss that is becoming more intrusive in his ability to use the phone
